Jeremiah Michaels

I have been a technical writer for over 15 years, focusing on SaaS applications in the VMS and Fintech spaces.

I have extensive experience working alongside developers, product managers, QA, and even sales. My career started in journalism. My time was spent chasing facts, and talking to people to get them. My natural love of technology led me into a techincal writing career. I can learn what I need to, and fill knowledge gaps with interviews and the internet. Then I write the docs.

When I'm not behind a screen, I am a typical Californian, spending as much time as I can outside. I enjoy just about any aspect of nature.
